Ceramic shot peening is one ideal shot peening material, it has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness and zero pollution, widely used in the shot peening industry.

Ceramic shot peening selects the high-quality imported zircon sand as main raw material, then fused in an electric arc furnace under high temperature over 2500 degrees, then made into different size according to AMS standard.

Although Ceramic shot peening and ceramic beads blasting media have the same chemical structure, their different size distribution determines their different applications: Ceramic Shot Peening has narrow and concentrated particle size distribution,used for shot peening purpose; ceramic beads blasting media has wide size,which can match almost blasting machine,widely used in blasting purpose.

Main Features of Ceramic Shot Peening
